Dancing Plague of 1518
Em 1518 várias pessoas de uma cidade francesa chamada Stransbourg foram afetadas por uma epidemia da dança. Começou com uma mulher, Frau Troffea, dançando na rua e terminou com mais ou menos 400 pessoas dançando por dias sem descanso, resultando em algumas mortes por ataque cardíaco, derrame e exaustão. Esse projeto é, de alguma forma, uma homenagem a Frau Toffea. Da dança mais boba até as mais elaboradas do cinema, tivemos muita dança nas últimas décadas (não o suficiente para matar alguém, eu espero). Essas são algumas dessas danças.

It began with one lady named Frau Troffea dancing in the street and end up with, more or less, 400 people dancing on for days without rest, resulting in some deaths of heart attack, stroke and exhaustion. This project is, in some sort of way, a memorial for Frau Toffea. From the silliest little dance to the most elaborate dance sequence of the history of cinema, there were a lot of dancing in the last decades (not enough to kill anyone, I hope). Here are some of these dances.
